Privacy Policy

The Jamaica Association Building Society Foundation respects your privacy. Information submitted through contact, volunteer, partnership, sponsorship, newsletter, or donation-interest forms is used only to respond to your inquiry and administer Foundation communications you have consented to receive.

We do not sell personal information. Access to submitted information is limited to authorized Foundation representatives. Online donations are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are not stored on this website. After a successful gift, the Foundation emails a thank-you confirmation to the address provided at checkout and notifies the Foundation inbox. A processing fee based on Stripe’s standard Canadian card rate is added at checkout so the Foundation receives the selected gift amount. Form delivery systems and other third-party processors, when configured, will be selected with confidentiality and security in mind.

This page is a provisional statement for launch readiness. A final privacy policy reviewed by the Foundation’s advisors will replace this wording when available.
